Fostering socio-economic growth in Sub-Saharan Africa by advancing formal education, informal skills, and high-impact partnerships for a more equitable and inclusive society.
Rhinu Democratic Institute and Foundations (RDIF) aims to bring formal and informal socio-economic education opportunities into the fore front of scholarly engagements in Africa while inclusive of self-developed skills that will play significant role in the development of the continent in the next couple of decades.
The foundations will focus on engendering formal and informal skills acquisition, development, and projection for the uplifting of the African society (with special focus on the Sub-Saharan region) in the areas of entrepreneurship, public policy, digital literacy, vocational training, leadership development, and economic empowerment. These efforts will be geared towards equipping individuals, particularly youth and marginalized groups, with the necessary tools to drive sustainable growth, innovation, and self-reliance.
RDIF looks forward to high-impact partnerships in achieving a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive society on the African continent, with education serving as the cornerstone for transformation, capacity-building, and long-term development.

We believe in a future where knowledge, innovation, and economic empowerment serve as pillars for sustainable development. Our mission is to provide opportunities, resources, and support to drive transformative change on the continent.
Under the Rhinu Democratic Institute and Foundations, two key foundations serve our mission:
Depo Olabode Foundation for Public Policy Africa (DOFPPA): DOFPPA is committed to advancing public policy education, research, and advocacy in Africa. Through public policy programs and initiatives, DOFPPA aims to shape informed leaders and equip policymakers with the tools to address the continent’s unique challenges effectively.
Monisola Adeyinka Victoria Fadeji-Olabode (MAVFO) Opportunity: MAVFO focuses on providing opportunities in education and business for young entrepreneurs and students across Africa. This foundation seeks to unlock potential, nurture talent, and open doors to opportunities that inspire growth and achievement.
Together, through DOFPPA and MAVFO, the Rhinu Democratic Institute and Foundations is helping to foster a new generation of African leaders, scholars, and entrepreneurs. Join us as we create lasting change and a brighter future for Africa.
RDIF fosters growth through comprehensive programs that blend policy education, business training, and leadership development. Our initiatives include support for young scholars, emerging entrepreneurs, and future policymakers, creating a well-rounded foundation for those committed to driving change. By offering resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, we equip Africans with the skills and confidence to thrive and lead within their communities.
The goal of RDIF is to cultivate leaders and innovators who will make lasting impacts in their fields and communities. Whether through public policy research, business incubation, or educational programs, we seek to bridge the gap between ambition and achievement. Our vision is to create a network of empowered individuals who contribute to a resilient, progressive Africa.
RDIF is committed to a mission of accessibility and empowerment, ensuring that knowledge, resources, and opportunities are within reach for all Africans.
